How is my order packaged?

All orders are vacuum sealed and then wrapped in a black heatwrap bag for additional protection. The package contains no indication of what is inside.
Depending on the size of the order, orders are shipped in boxes or poly tear proof mailer bags.

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 1pm should ship the same business day. If your payment is received after 1 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

How do I track my order?

When your order is complete (and ships), you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use that link to check the status of your order.
Note: Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate; for example, if we ship a parcel in the afternoon, it may not arrive at a sorting facility until the following morning and be scanned into their system.

What happens if I don’t receive my package?

If you have not received your package within two days of the expected arrival date, please contact us and we will file a trace with the Post.
If we file a trace, the Post will conduct an investigation that could take up to two weeks to complete.
If they are unable to locate your package, we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge


A distinct ID tracking number is assigned to each package sent by courier mail. As the mail-order items get closer to reaching you, this tracking number will provide all of the specifics about their route.
Our shipping team(s) are not out of the office with the packing slips until the late afternoon of the day that the items are shipped, at which point we email consumers their tracking numbers.
This implies that although your mail order items will ship in the middle of the day, the tracking numbers won’t be given until later.
